Our Bed & Breakfast is at the end of Whangaparaoa Peninsular, 45 minutes north of Auckland City. It comprises of a separate wing of our house with private entry. Two bedrooms, bathroom with luxury shower and bath, separate toilet, spacious twin bed room and double bed room. Small lounge area with tea/coffee making facilities, microwave and cable television., The area is known as the Hibiscus Coast.

We overlook Okoromai Bay which is one of 3 beaches within Shakespear Regional Park. The other 2 beaches are Army Bay which backs on to Okoromai Bay and over farmland in the park is Te Haruhi Bay. This is another of Auckland's special places and we are fortunate to live right beside it. You can access the park from the bottom of our street. The park is home to a working farm and you can see sheep and cows at different times grazing there. It has recently installed a predator free fence to create a sanctuary for native flora and fauna.You can also take a ferry from Gulf Harbour during the week and be in down town Auckland within 50 minutes.Or you can take a ferry to Tiritiri Matangi Island to an established predator free bird sanctuary 20 minutes away.
