Verdelais is a luxury beachfront Bed and Breakfast and Boutique Wedding venue. Glenys, the proprietor is a registered Marriage Celebrant. Verdelais offers beauty, peace and comfort with genuine hospitality. It is ideal for a weekend rest, a small wedding, local event, mini conference or a break in your journey. We have three rooms:- the Verdelais Suite is a garden suite with king size beds or twin beds, full bathroom with spa bath, private entrance and patio. The Coral and Aquarius Rooms have queen size beds, ensuites and spectacular views of the bay. All rooms have TV/DVDs, tea and coffee making facilities, home made cookies and reverse-cycle air-con. Sky and internet facilities are available in the comfort of our two lounge areas.We have ample and secure off-street parking. Breakfast is a signature meal with seasonal vegetables and fruit home grown and freshly picked. Fresh eggs are laid daily by our 8 hens. Enjoy a drink before dinner from our well stocked bar. Dinner is served by request at our dining table or on the veranda taking in the view of the bay. Alternatively there are a variety of international restaurants at nearby Manly Village. Take a walk through our garden and down to the beach for a swim, there are three other safe beaches within easy walking distance. If you are lucky you may see dolphins swimming in the bay. Verdelais is ideally situated near Gulf Harbour International Golf Course and Marina, Waiwera Thermal Pools, Ferry to city and islands and the wineries. There are so many other attractions in the locality too numerous to list. Timmy, our tabby cat is a happy and friendly member of our family. We look forward to your stay with us.
