Sea Breeze is a self-contained luxury apartment with magnificent sea views and surrounding bush. Breakfast is provided in the kitchenette to be enjoyed at your leisure and a bed-settee in the lounge doubles for extra guests. There are easy bush walks to the beaches immediately below the property. Take a cruise to Kawau Island or visit the many vineyards, galleries and cafes. Your hosts have travelled extensively and now enjoy gardening and boating in their spare time. Phone/fax for directions.

We have stayed here twice, beautiful accommodation with good furnishings and fabulous view. Impeccably clean and fresh flowers on the table was a nice touch. Generous breakfast goodies in the fridge. Lovely garden overlooking the estuary and a short walk down the hill to great little restaurant and ferry to Kawau island which is a nice trip. Friendly unobtrusive hosts.

Stayed one night at Sea Breeze in April 2006 having been directed there by the I-site at Warksworth.The place is a real gem. Lovely situation overlooking the sea.The accomodation is of a high standard and consists of a lovely double room with en-suite.Adjacent is a living room with small kitchenette.The breakfast was continental and more than sufficient to give you a good start to the day.Very friendly and helpful hosts who helped with suggestions on what to see and do in the area.Could have happily stayed longer had time permitted.Excellent value for money.
