We have stayed here twice, beautiful accommodation with good furnishings and fabulous view. Impeccably clean and fresh flowers on the table was a nice touch. Generous breakfast goodies in the fridge. Lovely garden overlooking the estuary and a short walk down the hill to great little restaurant and ferry to Kawau island which is a nice trip. Friendly unobtrusive hosts.

Hosts were caring & offered helpful touring information. Arrived to hot home made bread & a basket of fresh local fruit. Panoramic harbour views surrounded our studio windows. Added touch of fresh flowers chocolates and warm towels made an unforgettable night!

Our hosts were caring and offered helpful touring information. We arrived to hot fresh bread and a basket of fresh local fruit. Panoramic harbour views surrounding our studio windows. Added touch of fresh flowers, chocolate and warm towels made an unforgettable night. 		(none)

Stayed one night at Sea Breeze in April 2006 having been directed there by the I-site at Warksworth.The place is a real gem. Lovely situation overlooking the sea.The accomodation is of a high standard and consists of a lovely double room with en-suite.Adjacent is a living room with small kitchenette.The breakfast was continental and more than sufficient to give you a good start to the day.Very friendly and helpful hosts who helped with suggestions on what to see and do in the area.Could have happily stayed longer had time permitted.Excellent value for money.
