Welcome to our home in a peaceful garden with views of Warkworth and the hills. This is year 20 as a successful B@B. The spacious rooms ensure privacy and quiet. Very comfortable beds with electric blankets and quilts. Each room has TV, teamaking, own entrance, and car park. One room has kitchen unit but no cooking. Afternoon tea and substantial continental breakfast are served. Restaurants are a couple of minutes away, beaches vineyards and crafts are near by. This is is a smoke free home.
