Tera del Mar Bed and Breakfast is a purpose-built B&B in the old Victorian Villa style located on 72 acres high on Pakiri Ridge. Opened in 2003, every detail is designed for optimum guest comfort and privacy. Escape to panoramic ocean, coastal and countryside views in private and peaceful surrounds; a delicious two-course gourmet breakfast; outdoor spa & sauna; wood burning fireplaces; plus so much more at our comfortable, luxury bed & breakfast.

Directions are:
State Highway 1 North from Auckland. At the second traffic light in Warkworth, turn right and follow signs to Leigh (through the traffic circle in Matakana) for 23 km to Leigh Village. Turn left toward Pakiri Beach for 3.8 km. At the top of the ridge is our B&B sign. Left on Rodney Road (a metal/gravel road) for 1.4 km to the second Ter del Mar sign at our driveway entrance. Keep right all the way to the house.
