Near puerto vallarta, we offer full breakfast to guests and each room has private bath. We are in a Mexican fishing village know as La Penita, know as the largest swiming pool in the world. Close to us is the town of Guyabitos a popular destination for the Mexican people and babyboomers. Also close to us is the town of Sayulita another popular spot with its world class surfing. Alta Vista is nearby alos a petroglyph ruins site that has to be seen by anybody who visits this area. Other attractions include scuba diving, snorkelling, whale watching, bird watching, butterfly migration, jungle tours, and so much more.

We had three couples visiting us and with an overflow of guess at our house they stayed at Los Suenos De La Penita. Our friends still talk about the wonderful time spent there, their host Paul and Tom provided an incredible breakfast and those little extras that made their stay so memorable....great home, incredible views and exceptional service.

Impeccable with a fantastic view. Friendly hosts who know enough about the area to help guests with suggestions etc to make their holiday a wonderful experience. Decor and furnishings are out of the ordinary. The ocean view on one side and the valley view on the other are truly unbeatable. Only drawback is the walk to facility is fairly steep but taxis are really inexpensive if walking is a problem otherwise it is good cardio exercise. No typical boring breakfasts at this luxury B B.
