Excellent small hotel only 1 mile from the centre of Edinburgh opposite the glorious Botanic Gardens. Had a very comfortable midweek stay. Exceptionally clean with lovely decor. Good local restaurants and very friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely stay again.

Comfy bed in large room. Poky facilities built in corner of bedroom but were useable. Lovely breakfast and hosts were accommodating. Would be happy to stay there again.

this is the best B&B in the whole of scotland! we have been extremly well look after and the breakfast was great!
