Barony House is a lovely Victorian terraced villa, retaining its traditional appearance with some wonderful original cornice work and elegant high ceiling rooms. It is located on a main bus route and easily allows guests to access the city in 10 minutes. Leo and Susie have been looking after guests in Edinburgh for more than 20 years and their warm welcome excellent service and delicious home cooked breakfast bring people back again and again from all over the world.

Leo & Susie could not have been more helpful or gracious. My room was beautiful & spotless with a lovely view out over the garden. They even took the trouble to transfer my luggage for me to another B&B for the last 2 nights of my stay in Edinburgh while I was out of town on a day trip to the Highlands. I had left it too late when booking with them & they were full for those two nights. Breakfast was great

Beautiful building, lovely people. Breakfast was never ending and delicious - I don't think I ate lunch once in two days! The rooms looked like they had recently been updated and the beds were large and comfortable.

Excellent guest house! I had been traveling around all day and it was lovely to come back to my warm room, huge comfortable bed and hot shower. The owners are delightful and couldn't have been more helpful, no request was too much trouble. The breakfast was out of this world! So much choice and everything prepared fresh. The first morning I asked for grapefruit and the next morning they had bought in grapefruit especially! I will definately be recommending Barony House to all my friends.
