"1-bedroom apartment" :Ground floor : A spacious and bright living/dining room (30 m2) where there is a large table, 2 sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed), TV-DVD player. A tiled bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, washbasin. A traditional kitchen with marble work surfaces, a gas hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer top, kettle, percolator, table and chairs, a cozy sitting room features original part exposed stone wall, a sofa, open fire place and wooden stairs lead to upper floor. First floor: the master double bedroom.

The apartment rate includes also: water, electricity and gas consumption, bed linen, towels, table-cloths, final cleaning, sat TV - DVD player, all taxes.

B&B accommodation: A romantic double-bedroom with fridge, private tiled bathroom with bath, WC, bidet, washbasin and private panoramic terrace (34 m2), independent entrance from the garden, by the terrace. The large sun terrace is equipped with sun chairs, umbrella, chairs and dining table.

The B&B price includes accommodation for two people, breakfast, water and electricity consumption, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, all taxes.

Breakfast features milk, coffee, the, biscuits, homemade "Bucellato", "Torta d'erbi.... local specialties.
