All our rooms have the same feel throughout using the same textiles and colour schemes to give our rooms a warm and rich feel.

We are a small and friendly B&B located a fifteen minute walk into the City of York along the river side walk. This means you can leave your car here and benefit from the free onstreet parking. The racecourse is a five minute walk away.

All our rooms are ensuite and have LCD TV with built in DVD Player and Freeview. We also have free wifi so just bring along your laptops. In each of the rooms there are tea and coffee making facilites hairdyer shaving point fresh towels toiletries maps and a room information booklet.

We offer the most popular breakfast the full english. However we have lighter alternatives also we are able to cater for people that have gluten wheat and dairy free allergies and also vegans and vegetarians. However please feel free to contact us if you require anything we have not mentioned.
