Sunningdale was formerly a hotel and still offers some of the same luxuries.All of the rooms are ensuite, decorated and furnished to a very high standard, refreshment trays in rooms and can be replenished as often as you wish throughout your stay, complimentary toiletries, colour TV with DVDS, radio alrarms, lovely white bedding and white fluffy towels. You are sure of a warm welcome amd throughout your stay. Located in the north bay of Scarborough, access to ameneties, beach, town, theatres etc are all within walking distance and to top it all we are opposite Peasholm Park and some rooms have veiws into the park, this park has won Britian in bloom on several occasions and offers a mock ship battle 3 times a week in the summer months and an organist playing live music on an afternoon.

I regret ever giving a 10 out of 10 before, because it means there is nothing higher for a place like Sunningdale. Not only is it genuine four star accommodation at a bargain price, but Judy & David are over and above in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We arrived late and were made to feel very welcome. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The room was very comfortable as was the whole place. Breakfast was good (Lurpack Butter) andthe offer of toast was never ending if thats what you wanted. I scored it 9 out of 10 just in case somthing fanastic comes along but for the price i don't think this can be beaten.
