It is perfectly located right in the heart of the pretty market town of Masham.

On arrival guests are welcomed with a cup of Yorkshire tea and some of Sue's home made cakes, not to be missed....

Just returned after 3 nights staying with Sue and George. Warm, friendly, comfortabel and above all, spotlessly clean ....I felt very lucky to have come across such welcoming accommodation by chance. Would thoroughly recommend ( especially the poached eggs!)

My Husband, sister and myself stayed for 4 nights . We were given a very warm welcome on arrival. Both rooms were immaculate and beds one of the most comfortable we've slept in. Breakfast easily compares with if not better than the many hotels we have stayed in. We personally think this Bed and Breakfast deserves 5 star status. Would not hesitate to recommend to even our pickiest friends. We wish Sue and George continued success for the future. If we ever need anywhere to stay in this area in the future we would not look for anywhere else.
