Turn left on the sharp right hand bend into Bishops Down Park Road sign posted 'Private Road' Turn left immediately after the second house on the left. Follow gravel driveway and white picket fencing on the left leading to Studley Cottage ahead. Park in front of the carport. From M25 to A20: Turn onto A26. Drive through Southborough and continue approximately 4 miles. Turn right almost immediately after Skinners School on the left into Culverden Down. Travel along Culverden Down for about one and a half miles passing Byng Road and Court Road on the left then Warberry Park apartments on the right. Turn right at the sharp left hand bend into Bishops Down Park Road sign posted 'Private Road' Turn left immediately after the second house on the left. Follow gravel driveway and white picket fencing leading to Studley Cottage ahead. Park in front of the carport. |

Delicious breakfasts cooked to order in the AGA then served to the table in the old coach room with views across pretty gardens, courtyard and south facing sun terrace. Comfortable, relaxing atmosphere and a warm welcome.
