Spacious converted barn with 2 double/twin bed rooms with bath/shower room. Down stairs bedroom suitable for disabled. Village location with village pub within walking distance for eveing meals. Ideal location for Hadrian's Wall National Trail path, north lakes and Scottish Borders, within 7 miles east of J44 of M6. Comfortable guest lounge over looking open country side, we serve delicious breakfasts using locally sourced bacon and sausage also our own free range eggs. Off street parking in farm courtyard.
