The historical Shrewsbury Abbey Church, home of the fictional Brother Cadfael, is just around the corner, along with plenty of restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and a multi screen Cinema. Other attractions nearby include Shrewsbury Castle and the world heritage site of Ironbridge is only 14 miles away.
