Bev & I travelled from Fresno Calfornia to accept the personable hospitality of Rob & Bill from July 6 to the 12th. It was a wonderful 6 night stay during which we had a great time, saw and experienced the sights and enjoyed excellent breakfasts every day. Walkable to the Falls, short scenic drive to Niagara on the Lake and a 30 minute drive to downtown Buffalo. Highly recommended.

My wife and I recently stayed here for our anniversary weekend and what an absolute treat! Our room was large and bright with a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect, close to the Falls, but not too close to hear all of the noise of Clifton Hill. Breakfast was incredible! Bill is an amazing cook and there was just too much to choose from. We loved the fresh, out-of-the-oven, carrot muffins. Rob was a most gracious host and full of information about what to see and do while we were here. We will definitely be back.
