At low tide you will see fishing boats sitting on the ocean floor and miraculously six hours later the same boats are floating at the top of the wharf. Billions of tons of seawater create a 42-foot height variance at high tide. This experience alone is well worth a visit. Breath the ocean air, listen to the waves crashing on the shore with seabirds and eagles soaring along the rocky, tree lined cliffs. Take a walk on the eco-trail that begins on our property just below your Tides In Suite. Follow it down through the ravine winding through a one hundred year old forest into the Harbour. On your journey you will encounter over thirty-five species of birds.

A day trip (1-2 hour drive) will take you to Halifax, Chester, Lunenburg, Peggy's Cove, Mahone Bay and many more exciting Nova Scotia visitors' attractions. After touring return to your peaceful and spacious suite in Hall's Harbour for a good night sleep.
