Grounds are an acre and a half with perennial flower beds, fresh fruit and vegetable garden, mature sugar maple, oak and butternut trees. Close to Acadia University, Blomidon Park, the Bay of Fundy, orchards, vineyards, eagle-watching, golf, hiking trails.
