Nestled in a classy quiet street centrally located just 5 minutes north of Perth city, this outstanding 1927 residence suits singles, couples, families, and well behaved pets, with a smoker's area outside in the private courtyard for guest use only. Ours is a quiet street and paved off-street parking for the Master and King/Twin bedroom is provided conveniently close to the keyless entry front door.

The Master Bedroom features an oak queen-sized bed, gas open fireplace, polished wooden floors, high ceilings and rose, and a radio alarm clock. The en-suite has all the classic comforts, including bathtub, gold taps, toiletries, fluffy towels and robes and a hair dryer. There's also an in-wardrobe safe programmed to match your choice of front door combination. Provincial French doors lead out to your private landscaped garden and outdoor setting, set within high feature brick walls.

The King/Twin bedroom offers the versatility of being either a king sized bed or large twin beds with all of the comforts of the master bedroom. It's hallway bathroom features a phenomenal underwater fresco ceiling with a shower rather than a bathtub, which suits people who prefer not to step into a bathtub shower.

The lounge dining room is shared by the guests of both rooms. Each bedroom has its own bar fridge in the lounge dining buffet with personally selected breakfast goodies. This room features a coal look gas fire place, comfortable couch and tub chairs, flokati rug, TV (in addition to the in-room televisions) DVD and video player, and sound system. The whole house has evaporative air-conditioning to beat the Summer heat.

The Parisian inspired Garden Room is situated in the tranquil back garden (with hammock, fish pond and gas BBQ). It has an en-suite, kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, 2 fridges, and it is of the same high standards as the other rooms, with the addition of its own remote controlled lock up garage and temperature controlled air-conditioning and a desk. This room is designed to suit longer stayers and to be more of a self contained experience, so breakfast provisions are only provided on the first day, and longer stayers will receive twice weekly room cleans and linen changes.

24 hour check in is available because of the personalised front door 'birthday' code each guest receives before arrival. The same personalised code is utilised for their in wardrobe safes. Above Bored also features a lovely range of art, and the proprietor, Sarah Rossetti, is a multi award winning Scriptwriter who lives in residence in her own wing of the home.
