We do accept one night bookings but you receive a discount if you stay more than one night. On arrival you will be greeted and checked in by your host.

On the property is a separate retreat which offers a sauna and hot tub spa session for use by one couple at a time – very indulgent! Luxury fluffy robes, slippers and a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. One and half hour session $40 (AUD) per person. (must be booked prior to arrival).

Choose from one of three beautifully appointed QB rooms all with private ensuites (one with spa bath). All rooms have TV, VCR/DVD player, CD/Radio, luxury toiletries, towels, hairdryer and chocolates.

Includes light afternoon tea on arrival, fully cooked breakfast of your choice and complimentary transport to and from any local restaurant/function venue within 10k of Kalorama.

Unwind by our log fire in winter or laze by the solar heated pool in summer in a pleasant garden setting. BBQ available.

All B&B facilities are separate from hosts residence who live on the property.

Take the time to visit all the local attractions in the Dandenong Ranges, including wineries, art/craft markets, speciality gift and antique shops, nurseries, lush gardens or take time to wander through our beautiful walking trails and enjoy the wonderful scenery, or you might want to visit othe r tourist attractions such as, Sky High Mt Dandenong, WilliamRicketts Sanctuary, Healsville Sanctuary, YarraValley wineries and Puffing Billy just to name a few.
