The French House is located in St Helens which is on the beautiful east coast of Tasmania renowned for its magnificent beaches and stunning scenery.
The house is on the outskirts of town and is a three minute drive to the centre of St Helens. It is set on thirty acres which comprises of lush gardens surrounded by bushland.
The French House was built in the 1980’s by a local Frenchman who modelled the house on his parents’ home. Hence the house became known to the locals as the Frenchman’s house, and later shortened to The French House.
The French House Bed and Breakfast accommodation in St Helens will be opening later in 2012.
