Wonderful caring hosts & and the most stunning location. We felt at home right away but with all of the trimmings. We were offered & accepted of course a wine and cold beer on arrival, what a start after being in the car all day and within 5 minutes we were sitting on our porch over the water looking at the bird life and enjoying a cold well deserved drink. Vicky was a wealth of information and helped with different day trips and gave us tips on where to eat and where not to eat. The location though is spectacular. It is surrounded by water and the birdlife is fabulous and lovely bright pink, blue and white lilies adorn the lake. We struggled to leave our porch it was so peaceful and enjoyable. The breakfasts were fabulous and Vicky surprised us everyday with different fruits & cereals and a lovely cooked breakfast if we wanted. We also liked Holloways Beach, it is a local beach , very quiet but lovely sand and life guards on duty and a little cafe right on the beach. We could not have asked for more and it exceeded our expectations.
