Built in 1840 as a coach inn on the main route north from Sydney, the Guesthouse has five guestrooms with ensuites, all individually decorated with high ceilings, Flat LCD Television, CD-DVD Players and wireless broadband.

A spacious layout conveys a comforting sense of space and privacy of your own home.

The guest lounge has an open fire place for the winter months, and a stunning courtyard area in the centre of the building for the summer months.

The award winning Old George & Dragon Restaurant is located next to the Guesthouse, which features an extensive menu range with a remarkable aged wine list. The Restaurant is open Wednesday – Saturday. Bookings are essential.

The Guesthouse is located close to historic Morpeth, the famous wineries of Pokolbin, rugged glories of Barrington Tops and the sunny Port Stephens.
