Wonderful find in a nicer part of Delhi. We will stay again here on our repeat visit. Highly recommended b&b and at great price.

TRUE VALUE FOR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! I had been to India many times and i have tried many guesthouses and b&b's available in New Delhi, either they are too expensive or they are just simple run down flats nothing as compared to the price they charge. On advice of my freind i tried Sai villa. The best part about Sai villa is not only its great price, which actually is a great bargain, if it is kep in mind that this property is located in the very expensive and upscale locations of New Delhi. But more importantly, the owner of Sai villa told me that in New Delhi the properties which are charging around USD $ 100, some of them are not even giving base value for money they charge. The reason is simple, some people work on high margins, low volumes and some work on high volumes. The owner of Sai villa is a young gentleman and the reason for having his b&b priced so moderately low in comparison to the level of services this property provides is explained by him to me, which i recalls as- 1.) According to the owner of Sai villa he gets some level of spritual satisfaction in not over charging but charging enough to keep the business in profits and providing the 1st class levels of services & operations as the goal is not only profit making. 2.) Giving luxury accommodation even to people who have moderate budget. 3.) Ratio out high volumes with low margins rather then low volumes with high margins. 4.) To be always a step forward then other competing b&b's and to earn a name in the sector. The true value of Sai villa is not confined to bare price but many other factors combined togather makes it such a lovely place to stay like its location, ambiance, inter-mixing of other guests in freindly atmosphere, safety, cleaniness, genuine advices, great food options, terrific recreational facilities, helpful attitude, honesty and decent behavior of the owner and staff of Sai villa. This place is certainly under priced if compared with other similar properties.

From being greeted in the driveway to being treated like family, This Delhi B&B was perfect. Ajay and Purnima are amazing people and can offer a wealth of information about Delhi and surrounding area. Our room was amazing and very well kept. Breakfast was delicious and the company was enjoyable. Ajay and purnima have so many wonderful stories and have traveled to so many places for their own Fashion Business, I'm sure we could have talked with them for hours. You can tell right away that they put every ounce of their efforts in to the house and making sure your stay is pleasurable. Just for the record on some comments about the driver well i was having a english speaking driver(Rajesh) who was very friendly.I will recomend this driver to any one who visit here for Agra tour and Delhi Sight seeing you will never get bore you will love to hear his Jokes ... I will be recommending This Bnb New Delhi House to anyone who wants to travel to Incredible India Homestay. Thank you!!!!
